Vision

The Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School is structured to support the total development of the child with positive self image who seeks quality education to a highly competitive society.

We aspire to equip the child with knowledge, skills and attitudes that shall prepare him/her to become socially responsible and self sufficient, whose preferred learning styles are facilitated and extended in a wide range of teaching and learning strategies.

We provide a supportive and caring environment which promotes positive pupils, parent and teacher relationships and engenders a positive attitude to learning in all pupils.

Mission

The faculty and staff of Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School are committed to deliver quality education in the form of instruction, guidance and support for all children served by the school.

The effectiveness of this educational system will be evidenced by increases in attendance, achievement, parental and family involvement, and to help all children learn, to learn more tomorrow that they learned today and to learn more next year than they learned this year where all pupils achieve educational goals, acquire positive attitudes towards self, others, country, God and develop life skills to become successful, contributing members of society.
