Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School  had it's school feeding program last July 24, 2008, held at the school canteen. Selected teachers of the said school, help facilitate the school feeding program under close supervision of Maria Grazelda Maquiling, teacher/canteen caretaker.

The school holds an annual school feeding program every month of July, which starts on Thursday, administered once a week and ends on March, to address the nutritional status / needs of elementary school pupils. Through this program the school  positively looks forward uplifting the nutritional status of school pupils, in order sustain such program the school tries to accumulate the much needed resources or funds made through donations from donors.
