The Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao (BEAM) and Department of Education Region 11 spearheaded the release and full implementation of the Human Resource Information System across all regions and to be rolled out soon whole Philippines.

Started in Region 11 (Southern Mindanao) through the leadership of RD
Estigoy with the assistance of the Beam Project, the installation the
Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is now contained in DepEd
Memorandum 275 s. 2009 signed by Education Secretary Jesli A. Lapus.
DepEd HRIS Bulletin Board:
To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource
management systems and processes in the Department of Education,
Secretary Jesli A. Lapus has issued Memorandum No 275, s.2009 on the installation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in all Region and Division Offices.
Various division and regional offices and enjoined to speed up the processing of personnel related information ie; personal data sheets, leaves and absences, service records and other records pertaining to human resources.
