FORECAST:
Southern Luzon and Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Bicol region which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the southeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas. |
